This Privacy Policy applies to individuals who apply for contractor positions with Relay Management LLC and who submit personal information as part of the application or identity verification process.

3. What We Collect

During the application and identity verification process we may collect:

• ✓Your full legal name and email address
• ✓A selfie photograph showing your face alongside a government-issued ID
• ✓Front and back photographs of a government-issued ID
• ✓A short video recording of you holding your ID and confirming your identity

4. Why We Collect It

Identity verification is required before any contractor is granted access to managed creator accounts or subscriber data. This protects creators, subscribers, and contractors from unauthorized access and fraud. The legal basis for processing this information is legitimate interest and contractual necessity. We hire internationally including contractors based in the Philippines and comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) with respect to those data subjects. Where applicable we also rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b).

5. How We Handle Your Documents

• ✓All identity documents are received and reviewed solely by our internal compliance team
• ✓We do not use third party verification platforms or share your documents with any external service
• ✓Submissions are received via TLS-encrypted email and stored in access-controlled inboxes
• ✓Documents are stored in US-based encrypted email infrastructure and deleted manually by the compliance team
• ✓All submitted documents are permanently deleted within 7 days of a verification decision regardless of outcome
• ✓Identity documents are used only for the purpose of verifying your identity during the hiring process

6. Cross-Border Transfers

Relay Management LLC is based in the United States. We hire internationally. By submitting your identity documents you acknowledge that your personal data will be transferred to and stored in the United States. We handle all such transfers in accordance with applicable data protection law including the Philippine Data Privacy Act where relevant.

7. Who Has Access

Only authorized members of our internal compliance team have access to submitted identity documents. Your documents are never sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party except where required by law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to:

• ✓Request confirmation of whether we hold your personal data
• ✓Request deletion of your data
• ✓Withdraw consent at any time prior to a verification decision
• ✓Request written confirmation of deletion after the 7-day retention period

10. Governing Law
